HMCruz Photography

Hello Everyone! My name is Hector Cruz and here is a little brief story about me. I was born and raised in Puerto Rico, but I am now living in Arizona trying to fulfill my dreams of being an actor,dancer,filmmaker and photographer. Ever since I was kid, I loved dancing and I have been doing it all my life and I still love it to this day! Acting on the other hand I took an interest in it when I was still in Puerto Rico. I joined this group called Victorious Theatre and did my first play called Equinox as one of the lead roles and after that I was hooked on acting! I worked one a few other plays with the group but I knew I wanted to do more than theater I wanted to be in movies so I took a chance and moved to Arizona to study acting. Then, one day my acting teacher at cgcc emailed me an audition for a movie called "Runners" so i decided to take a shot at it even when i didn't have any experience on camera acting. I auditioned and next thing you know 2 days pass and they email me back saying they wanted me for the lead role! I was filled with so much joy I said yes and I was in. One step closer to my dreams, after the time I spent with the cast and crew I spent not only my time acting on set but also taking behind the scenes photography and then started doing videos and coming up with scripts. I knew right then and there that Film and Photography was also a part of what i wanna do for the rest of my life along with Acting and Dancing. So that is my story cut short. I still have more to learn but I strive to improve everyday and I hope you all like and look forward to my work because there is always more to come.
